Constitution clarifies the types of government and establishes the division of powers based on decentralization. Constitution gives the authority to the Parliament to decide the laws of the society. A constitution is to enable the government to fulfill the aspirations of a society and create conditions for a just society. Most modern constitutions create a form of government that is democratic in some respects, most claim to protect certain basic rights. Indian Constitution was created by the Constituent Assembly.
